Friday

Arrive at In The Stix and settle into you luxury geodesic dome for the most luxury glam ping experience.

Ejoy a complimentary glass of bubbles before a sit down dinner prepared by Bryony & Christine.

Saturday

Morning practice combing movement and meditation to help ground and start shifting energy in the body.

Long leisurely breakfast.

Creative workshop sitting together to mindfully craft and create something by hand to take away and treasure.

Lunch.

Afternoon of free time & wood fired hot tub.

Special evening meal.

Sunday

Slow flowing morning practice of movement & meditation
